Who We Serve

M.A.R.C.U.S. supports families impacted by homicide, parents and caregivers seeking guidance, and communities working to prevent youth violence.

Our programs are designed for:

  • Families navigating homicide-related trauma

  • Parents and guardians seeking accountability and prevention education

  • Youth at risk or impacted by violence

  • Community members, leaders, and organizations are committed to building safer neighborhoods

Our Programs

  • Violence Prevention & Community Education

We provide workshops, forums, and public discussions that focus on early intervention, responsible parenting, and community accountability. Participants learn to recognize warning signs and take action to prevent violence before it occurs.

  • Public Safety Forums & Community Engagement

We convene forums bringing together law enforcement, community leaders, parents, and youth to foster dialogue, transparency, and collaborative solutions. These events strengthen trust and shared responsibility across communities.

  • Family Stabilization & Victim Support

We guide families impacted by homicide through court navigation, advocacy accompaniment, and resource coordination, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and empowered during challenging times.

  • Policy & Advocacy Initiatives

M.A.R.C.U.S. works with lawmakers, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure victims and families are recognized and included in the justice system. Through advocacy, we amplify voices, influence reform, and address systemic gaps.

  • Remembrance & Healing Initiatives

We lead dignified remembrance events—candlelight vigils, memorials, and community tributes—that honor victims and support families through grief. These initiatives foster healing, connection, and collective awareness.
